The Facts about Percentage As You Earn

%PAYE works to provide stability and security from the unexpected events which impact the lives of nearly all of us.  Human Investments, partnering with others works to change the way borrowed capital for improving human lives is viewed, starting with America.  Our Founder, Daniel Brake (Brock) d'Avignon took the recommendation of economist Dr. Milton Friedman on this neglected form of financing in 1972, spending decades researching its origins and the outcomes for individuals, communities and America from its use.  The surge of prosperity and innovations which can be traced to allowing individuals to have the security needed to follow up their interests, set their own goals, and create, invent, and cooperate, is astonishing and heart-warming.

The number of people, experts in multiple fields, who have endorsed %PAYE, is impressive.  The people who opposed it also provide some clear insights.  Bankers do not adopt %PAYE because Rigid Installment Payment (RIP) and Strip (foreclosures intended to steal equity from the owner) loans.    RIP & STRIP loans are more profitable in the short term but fail to protect our economy and us as individuals.

Brock, himself, took time out to invent the first mobile transport for handicapped people, then called 'shut-ins' while he was still in his teens.  What we can accomplish as individuals given the time and security is astonishing.  This is why %PAYE is so very much needed today.  Instead of a concentration of wealth, which rapidly becomes toxic, what is produced is a world where our work improves life and expands our insights.  Stability frees us from spending our lives worried about how to survive, instead focusing us on how to thrive in peace and freedom.

The materials below provide the details on how Percentage As You Earn (%PAYE) works for all of us.

Our job is to help institutions of all kinds, from churches, fraternal orders, long term organizations and investment groups to change over to %PAYE loans.

For churches and other groups now struggling to provide assistance to those in need this will be a life-saver.  We understand the frustration of not being able to do enough to solve the problem.  %PAYE makes it possible to solve these problems in America and around the globe.

In every community in America churches and other community groups who run food-kitchens, shelters, and other attempts to cope with our present instability, committed to helping those in need, are struggling to provide for those in need.  Government sucks up money from taxpayers, but more is spent on building out bureaucracy than in assisting individuals.  %PAYE changes this in several ways.  The present economy has made it a struggle to assist those impacted by the inevitable impact of RIP & STRIP loans, which exact costs from everyone in the family when they are evicted.

Most Americans today are six-months from homelessness, an intolerable situation, but one which we considered in our planning.

As has been proven by such programs as Housing First in Utah, as noted by NPR in 2015.  Homelessness decreased in Utah by 91%, a great start by providing housing first, without questions.  But using %PAYE we can do far better.   The articles goes on to note the population left homeless tend to be chronically so, “The chronically homeless, on the other hand, are a subset of the homeless population that is often the most vulnerable. These are people who have been living on the streets for more than a year, or four times in the past three years, and who have a "disabling condition" that might include serious mental illness, an addiction or a physical disability or illness.”

Ironically, the ‘disabling condition’ may well be Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD), caused by becoming homeless. Individuals with PTSD routinely begin using drugs or alcohol, as these allow them a level of functionality denied to them by the trauma.  PTSD is neurologically based and talk therapy works only very slowly for alleviating the broken synapsis which cause the reaction which reduces the level of functionality in individuals.  Along with this form of self-medication, homeless individuals also are far more likely to suffer bad health and diseases.
Neurofeedback alleviates the symptoms of PTSD in about three months, with sessions of 35-minutes, three times a week, in 75% of the cases.
It is unreasonable and inhumane to expect people with long-term problems to function at their full potential without these steps being taken.  This is only one of the reasons ensuring everyone can have health care using %PAYE.  The program starts by helping people improve their health.
